Faculty member Liam Clark- Guitar, Banjo, mandolin, bass and ukulele.

     Some of Liam’s biggest musical influences include Joe Pass, Charlie Hunter, Wes Montgomery, Charlie Parker, and Chet Atkins. These musicians, along with his teachers, have helped shape his playing and teaching style. Along with his teaching experience, Liam also has years of performing experience. He has played in school jazz combos and at different venues throughout Louisville.

     Newest addition to the Lexington Music Education faculty is Mr. Liam Clark.  Liam Clarke has been making music for 10 years, and has loved every minute of it! He has a Bachelor's Degree in Jazz Performance from the University of Louisville (2021), which has given him the skills to help guide students to their musical goals. Liam studied Jazz, Composition and Music Theory with Craig Wagner, Gabe Evens, and Chris Fitzgerald at the University of Louisville. He plays and teaches Guitar, Banjo, Bass, Mandolin, and Ukulele. Although Jazz is his main focus, Liam has also helped students learn how to play Rock, Country, Pop, and Bluegrass. From beginner to advanced students, Liam tailors his lessons to fit the needs of his students.
